Terms and Conditions of Online Sales
These Terms and Conditions of Online Sales (these “terms”) are the only terms that govern the purchase of products by you (“ you”, or “customer”) from Boot Country, Inc. (“we” or “us”).
We warrant that all products supplied pursuant to an order will conform with the description supplied by customer on the order. THE WARRANTY STATED IN THIS SECTION IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF, AND SUPPLIER HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND THERE SHALL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND US, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR VERBAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will pass through to you all original manufacturers’ warranties to the extent possible.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value, arising out of or relating to any breach of the terms of these terms, whether or not the possibility of such damages has been disclosed in advance by you or could have been reasonably foreseen by you, regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim in based.
We offer a flat rate of $15.99 on all orders under $175.00. Any order $175.00 and over receives free shipping. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for each individual order. We are currently using USPS and UPS. Your order total will display the flat rate you pay if your order did not qualify for free shipping. If an order was placed after 3:30pm ET on Friday, or over a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping on orders placed online. If you would like an item to be expedited please call the office at 513-248-2668 ext 102, to discuss the best method with a sales associate.
Orders usually ship within a one-two week time frame. However, if an item needs to be reordered from the manufacturer, shipping times will be extended slightly. If this is the case, or the item you ordered becomes backordered, you will receive an email or phone call confirming that you would still like to receive that item. No extra shipping charges will apply to you.
*Products usually leave our facility within 3-5 days. Once they have left our facility, please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery from the carrier. These ship times are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. We do our very best to get your items to you as fast as possible.
You may receive a shipment directly from our suppliers. The package slip numbers and other information may not match with your original invoice (don’t panic). You may call us with any questions or concerns at 1-513-248-2668 (ext 102 - Internet Sales).
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple shipments because of varying availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
We currently only ship within the Continental U.S.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept foreign currency or credit cards with billing information that is out of the United States. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
These terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles that would require the application of any other law.
Because we are growing our online presence, and have limited stocking space, your items may arrive in a package that was not its original. We do not sell used goods, and the packaging may be different because we do not have space to store all boxes. If you have any concerns about this (especially around the holidays because of gifts) please contact us at 1-513-248-2668 ext 102.
· No returns on worn goods. Items must be in original unused and resalable condition.
· All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt date
· Please provide [a copy of] the original receipt
· Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No postage due returns will be accepted and original shipping charges are non-refundable. (For your protection, we recommend you insure the package for its full value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods while in transit to our facility. Make sure you keep your tracking number.)
· Items that were special ordered may be subject to a restocking fee (fee varies by manufacturer).
· Items may be returned at one of our four retail locations if you live locally (in-store returns follow the same guidelines as above).

*Please allow 14 days to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards are seen within two billing cycles.
You may place another order immediately, or wait until your refund has been processed and completed before placing another order.
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at 513-248-2668 ext.102; shipment confirmations are sent via email. Once shipped, an item may be returned for credit (see returns section). We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the order is suspected to be fraudulent under any circumstance.
Holiday Shipping Disclaimer
We currently do not offer expedited shipping on orders placed online. If you would like an item to be expedited please call the office at 513-248-2668 ext.102, to discuss the best method with a sales associate.
*Please keep this in mind for holiday shopping. Items tend to be back-ordered more often and for longer periods during the holidays because of high demand. We always try our best to ship items as soon as possible. If you are concerned about shipping times please call to discuss the best method for insuring that shipment arrive by desired date. 513-248-2668
*Please note that we have a brick and mortar location where we store our inventory. Space is limited. If you come into one of our locations you will notice all of our boots are stored on shelves, out of their boxes, both for easy browsing for the customer, and to provide space for more boots! Not all boxes are kept (due to limited space) and you may receive your item in a box other than its original. We do not sell used goods, and we make every effort to find a box that is appropriate for the item ordered. If you are buying the item as a present and would like to have the original manufacturers packaging, please call the corporate office (1-513-248-2668 ext. 102) so an order can be placed for an original packaged item (please note shipping time will be extended with this method). We appreciate your patience with this cork, we are growing and looking to acquire more space to store original packaging.
